Ebates drives trial and new user sign-ups by increasing brand awareness.

The goal of this campaign was to drive new signups for Ebates by increasing awareness of their cashback program.

Heartbeat enlisted its Ambassadors to promote Ebates to their followers with the goal of driving new sign-ups. Heartbeat found that among its community, many women loved Ebates and could be authentic advocates of the cashback program. These people used their genuine opinion of Ebates to create posts that could drive interest and sign-ups among their circle of friends and family, who tend to have similar purchasing habits and brand affiliations.

The campaign delivered 9.5% engagement overall, proving that Ambassador Marketing can deliver significantly higher engagement rates than standard influencer campaigns or other acquisition channels.

Heartbeat Ambassadors also drove an aggregate of 1,113 clicks, indicating that real, authentic endorsements can influence and encourage social media followers to engage with a brand.
